Privacy Policy: Flavir Books
Last updated October 12, 2026. This policy covers Flavir Books only. It does not cover other Flavir products.
Who we are
Flavir Technologies LLC ("Flavir", "we") in Arizona operates Flavir Books. Contact: hello@flavir.co.
What we receive
- From QuickBooks, with your permission: your company's chart of accounts, accounts, classes, and the transactions and entries needed to catch up and keep your books. We ask only for the access needed to read and add accounting entries.
- From you: bank and card statements, transaction files, and your answers to our questions about what a payment was for.
How we use it
Only to sort your transactions, prepare your reports, and post the entries you approve to your QuickBooks. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to build profiles for anyone else.
Who sees it
You, and the accountant or tax professional you choose to share reports with. We use service providers (for example hosting) only to run the service, under confidentiality terms. If we ever want to process your transactions with another outside service, we will tell you first and ask for your yes.
How we protect it
Each business's records are kept separate from every other business. Access tokens are stored securely and used only for the connected company. No method of storage is perfectly safe, but we work to limit risk and will tell you promptly about any incident that affects your data.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your records while you use the service. When you disconnect and ask us to delete your data, we delete it, and any copy we hold, within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep something. Disconnecting in QuickBooks stops our access immediately.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or disconnect, at any time by writing to hello@flavir.co.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell connected customers.
